Fox News says the hermit nation's leader is not receiving communiques from the US State Department. Apparently, Kim Jung Un is being manipulated by some in-fighting generals who want to usurp the politically-ignorant young leader. North Korea most likely is years away from being able to deliver a nuclear bomb via one of its missiles. HOWEVER, they DO have a small number of nuclear devices most likely, and I just hope the South and the allied forces have a contingency plan in case North Korea attemps to sail a nuclear device into Seoul's harbor.
